Going to be a Junior at Desert Hills!Wow I'm getting really old! Doing Cross Country of course! It should be fun! :) I'm excited for the season to start again! I'm missing it!
We ran 50 minutes out today. I ran with Coach the whole time, it was supposed to be a "recovery day" but I decided that when I get a chance to run with Coach I am going to push myself. So another great workout today :)
