Long-Term Running Goals: Run marathons!!!! Personal: Going to be a Senior at Desert Hills! Doing Cross Country of course! It should be fun! :) I'm excited for the season to start again! I'm missing it! I also plan to go to BYU Idaho and run Cross Country there.

| | We did 800 repeats today!!! They were ok in the beginning, but in the middle they got better! My last 800 was really good! I got 3:05!! That's really good for me! So today's workout was really good! :) |

Today coach told me to do as many laps as I could.....I did 3 :( Oh my goodness I can't stand this! I want to run in the meets next week so I have to start feeling better. Side is still hurting and i'm getting medication tonight.....so I hope it kicks in....... :) |

| | Alright...here's how it goes down.....My mom is finally going to get me an appointment to go to the Doctors this week to get a cat scan ( or however you spell it ).....I'm taking medication right now that is not really helping me.......So my mom said I should "tough" it out this week and go running.... so that's what I'm going to do....So i'm excited to start running again... I have been so ansty to start again...And I hope I will be able to run and not hurt.... :) |

| | Well today I went to practice!! :) I was so excited....until the warm up lap....it's only two laps! This is so ridiculous! So coach told me just to do whatever I can until it hurts so I ran one mile... that's all I can handle..... I can't stand this but coach said to be Positive :) So I am trying to be! Each day I will try and do more then the day before! :) So i'll see how it goes.... :) |

| | Today I ran one mile! Not including warm up laps... It went pretty well.... I didn't really hurt really bad until lap 3... so that's pretty good for me! I'm so ready for this just to end and me to be running again! But that is going to take time! :) |
