Going to be a Senior at Desert Hills! Doing Cross Country of course! It should be fun! :) I'm excited for the season to start again! I'm missing it! I also plan to go to BYU Idaho and run Cross Country there.
We did 800 repeats today!!! They were ok in the beginning, but in the middle they got better! My last 800 was really good! I got 3:05!! That's really good for me! So today's workout was really good! :)
